Why don't you guys try ParkPlace @ http://www.ParkPlace.it -- it is a parking place for your favorites like music, video, photos, links, and more and you can share them in this Social Network's post. So what ever you post on your activity wall, it collects them for you on your profile separately so you don't lose them ever again and you can keep coming back to them. It's clean and very simple.
